b20 in a hatch

will a stock b20 with sir tranny and a ls ecu pass ref?? would any b20 setup pass the ref??? i need to know asap. i need to know if the ecu needs to be from the b20 or can it be from a ls.

i think it will pass. b20 with p75 or pr4.

No way....the refs........are asses I have to get my 91 hatch reft...and i didn't pass with a ls non vtec..
