b20 or b16?

Im trying to decide on which swap I want. I can get a b20 longblock for 700 bucks, but what else would I need with that. It seems to me that the b20 would be cheaper and also produce more torque from the motor. So im trying to decide which swap would give me the most power and torque. Also how would a b20 longblock and a b16 head be in power?

yes, if it's built right than yes. i got 1 fully built, sleeved and all. it's costy,but worth it in the end. time and money that's all
