In an earlier post I read that an LS Block is stronger then a B20 Block?? Then why do people do b20 franksteins?? Also, I c everyone is on sides with the ls engine when boosting due to the low compression but what about swapping a vtec head on? Is vtec worth the money/trouble??
 
b20 is a bigger bore thus more displacement hoever the sleeves are said to be weak
you can counter that with a sleeve kit

vtec head with boost equals more precise tuning since you got vtec AND boost to worry about.

LS vtec is a good way to go.. thats what im doing
 
most NA racers want a b20/vtec b/c they usually start out with a vtec engine (b16) and its cheaper to just get a b20 block then sleeving a ls block. in turbo apps the sleeved ls block would be better.
