B20 or gsr

I want to know out of a b20 and a gsr which is a better and faster motor ? I was told a b20 out of a crv are faster than the gsr's and have more torque? I also heard gsr 's are over rated? So I would like to know does anyone know which one is faster and tell me something besides the gsr is better because the b20 walls are thin? Also is true the average gsr swap stock you get 155/130 and b20 is 170/148 = hp/ tq?

it's always good to have more displacement for more added power. Both motors can run fast and usually it's in your best interests to build the b20 to handle high revs.
