b20/vtec???

hey guys im doin a b20/vtec swap in my 86 CRX Si, the bottom end and head are completely stock, EXCEPT im puttin in ARP head bolts, main studs and rod studs... what is the maximum rpm ican bring it up to SAFELY with out fuckin sumthing up, some people tell me like 8500, others tell me dont bring it past 7700? i probably wont bring it past 7700 anyways, but im just curious and dont want to blow my new motor.

to be safe and not risk any movement i would stick btw 7700 and 8500. 8200 i think would be the safest though
