I have an extra engine for my lude and i was just wondering if a b20a3 carb. engine would swap with a b21a1 fuel injected one?

Yes, but you need to swap over all the fuel injection hardware- high pressure fuel pump, fuel lines, injectors, distributor and ECU... the list goes on and on.
