b20b/b16 head

    has anyone got some valuable advice on building an n/a b20b block and b16a2 head?
    i was gonna start but i figure ide get some takes on this first. i want it to start redlining from 8 to 9. possibly?

    its gonna be a high comp 12:1 block
    most of my internals/parts are gonna be toda

    anyways my question how long with the motor last?
    or any suggestions?

    its all depends on who builds it and how much you dog it out

    IMO it wont last as long as a built b series motor with the head it is suppose to have (built 'correctly' or not)

    Its a different head on a different block (that's why compression is high)

    Tons of horsepower but not in it for the long haul.

    Build a B18C and you'll get good results in terms of horsepower and longevity.
