I'm finally in a place financially where I can build me dream turbo Honda.
I have a 91 integra gs.
This is my plan...
Block:
I just got a Darton sleeved B20b block bored to 85mm
9:1 compression cp pistons
eagle rods
ACL race bearings
Head:
B18a1 Head that was in the car so I don't need to switch wiring harnesses
Crower 402T cams
Supertech Valves, springs, retainers
Turbo setup:
T3/T4 turbo
2.25" piping
27x7.5x2.5 front mount intercooler
Tial 38mm wastegate with 16psi spring
Type RS blow off valve
electronic boost controller
and of coarse the oil lines and what not
Fuel system:
255LPH Walbro fuel pump
1000cc RC injectors
ECU:
flashed obd0 PR4 ecu set for 30 psi, 2-step at 5000 RPM, rev limiter at 7300 RPM so it won't blow a head if the shifting is late
Now my question, I know it'll have about 400hp at around 15psi, but at full boost maxing out the T3/T4 at like 30psi, maybe more, how horse power should I expect?
