ok so iv had my sir for oh just a little over a year iv dumped sum money into it and im fairly satisfied or so i thought... went to the track after doing my clutch and flywheel and dint run wat i wanted to, changed my header intake and exhaust and got a bit where i wanted to be for wats done, 15.1 (with bad launchs should be better next time i go...) and i figured before i start dumping serious money into it well i want sum f***in torque lol b16a2 = WTF IS TORQUE lol so im doing a b20vtec swap. heres what i need from u guyz! im building the bottom end and leaving the head stock for a season then building the head. so heres wat iv come up with for wat i need so far (using my b16 tranny btw!) oh and i might use the b16 head i may buy a gsr head i havnt decided! heres my list if i miss anything please lemme know! also! - i was told u cant etest an obd1 engine in a obd2 car? is this bs or true? heres the list! - new ACL bearings - new piston rings (hastings or oem) - new oem b series valve seals - new ITR 22t water pump - new p72 itr timing belt - new p72 itr oil pump - magnetic drain plugs - new NGK v-power spark plugs - adjustable fuel pressure regulator - new gaskets and filters - wiseco pistons - eagle rods - vtec oil line conversion kit - ARP head studs - ARP rod bolts - balance the crank - adjustable cam gears - p28 ecu - tuning now i think thats it... i duno what kinda power thats gonna make with a b16 or gsr stock head u guyz got a ballpark figure? like i said ill be using a b16 tranny witha 7lb flywheel and a stage2 clutch aswell if u have any suggestions on things ill need or should get please post em up thanks!!
