b7/a6 question

I was looking up rebuild kits for a d15b7 because I can get one complete for $50 and I was thinking why not just rebuild it to be on the safe side. The one thing I was wondering was is there a difference between the d15b7 and the d16a6, like the gasket or bearings because I'm not really finding any for the b7 but a ton of them for the a6 and also the y7.

any help would be great

well i have a 1990 crx si and i'm takeing out d16a6 and putting in a d15b2 till done rebuild
what will need to be changed
