Well after about two years since my civic was totalled, I finally got another honda:

I apologize for the crappy picture, but all i had time to get today with my camera phone.

    Quick bit of info:
    89 Si
    180K miles on body
    ZC engine with about 70-75K
    ACT Clutch
    Mugen Short Shifter
    and Energy suspension/Tein suspension

    :D

Not sure what to do with it next(other than get it to pass inspection and the rust moved and fixed up), but its been kick ass so far.

of course this is a game. its the internet, and for the record, ive already happened to beat it twice.:p

but i might be able to get more pics of it tomorrow. that picture makes it look in better condition than it really is, good amound of dents, some rust, needs new paint. I'm not complaining though. first CRX(which ive wanted for awhile now), and i got it for the great price of 1600!

cheap around here. all the other 5 i looked at were 2500 or more. for good condition with a swap, all the prices are like 5000, its just rediculous.

didn't say "good", only said "swapped". but if i did, a zc engine is better than a stock engine that might have 200k miles and 60 factory hp.

i dont really see the point , you might as well jus put in a b16 at least, unless you got the engine for free or close to it , seems like a waste of time to me , but not to say the buyer didnt get a good car for the money though

Why doesn't he just swap an ITR engine with a $10K turbo system and all the bells and whistles?
For the price, a ZC engine is a great swap.

its cheaper and easier to put in a zc than a b16. also, some people might just be looking for a good reliable daily driver but want something thats quicker than stock. it all depends on what youre looking for in the car/engine and your power goals and needs. sometimes a b16 is the better option, sometimes the zc is. either way, if it gets you closer to you goal(or gives your car more life, as in having 110k miles less on the engine than the body) than i say its a good swap.

hahaha, you got me there:D. but ive been looking a couple of months and the only b16 crx i found in the price range was completely ghetto rigged(as in needing a pad lock to lock the hood down and things of the sort) and would have just been a nightmare. This car pretty much met all my requirements, except for rust free, and was just a good deal in general.
