So, I made chili tonight. I've been experimenting with different kinds of chili trying to find one I liked. Tonight, I combined learned knowlege with my own culinary talent and found a kick ass chili recipe. Now I'mma brag about it and put it into the hard drive of the honda swap server so I can look it up again later, when I'm sober.

    3 pounds 90/10 hamburger meat
    2 cans stewed tomatos
    8 cloves fresh garlic
    2 large white onions
    1.5 tsp Chili powder
    1/2 tsp Black pepper
    1.5 tsp Cumin
1tsp Adam's Steak Seasoning. (used instead of salt, for a better taste)
    1.5 cups Pace Picante Sauce
2 tsp taco bell taco seasoning
    2 tsp Oregano
    2 tsp Basil
    2 tsp Thyme
    2 cups water
    3 chicken bullion cubes
    1 beef bullion cube
    1.5 oz vodka
    few dashes of Tobasco
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
And the deep dark secret ingredient that just makes it fucking "pop".
    2 tbs maple syrup.

*edit* forgot 20ish slices of jalapenos from a jar. Chopped into 1/4" chunks.

All spices are estimated. I don't measure anything.

Brown beef in a big pot, leave the chunks big. Don't drain. (this is why very low fat content beef is necessary, deer meat would work as well). chop onions and garlic and brown in a seperate pan. Add to beef. Add stewed tomatos. Hell, add everything except the water and bullion cubes. In the onion/garlic pan, bring the 2 cups water to a simmer, add bullion cubes, simmer, stir, until the bullion is completely disolved. Add to chili. Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.

    Eat.

That sound like it would be good. Have you ever tried using chocolate. A good dark chocolate goes really well with different types of chilis, and chili powders. Vodka ftw.
