Bad Vacuum leak

In my A6/Z6 Mini Me with a Y8 inatke manifold.
I broke a corner off a port so I JB Welded it back togther. It ran excellent up until I gave it a degrease with Super Clean.

Now it won't stop surging between 1000 and 1500 RPM. Do you think it dissolved the JB Weld? The throttle body gasket? The inatake mani gasket?

let the car idle. if u can spray carb cleaner around the gaskets. wherever the vacuum leak is at, it will suck in the carb clean. and raise the idle. and bingo there is your vacuum leak. more info needed...what have you checked?
