well, what do you guys think? since it's world series time....

maybe we can make some bets or something and have some payouts of some sort to the winners.... what ya think of the idea?

maybe something like

team to win and in how many games (yankees 4-3 for example)

payout will be determined by how many people get in on it... but like make the limit a couple bucks (all through paypal).

i don't know if it will even work, but hey, its an idea or something....
 
I would be up for it, but my new credit card hasn't come in yet. But unless it is like $50+ I don't think it is worth it. But hey if we are, I say Yanks vs. the Cubs. Yanks in 6. I want the Red Sox & Marlins, but I think that the Yanks are going to go all the way again.

Good idea! I was thinking about that for football, but the whole payment thing will be a mess!! We have to set up some sort of an account for everybody here on HS.

UNH rioted last night when the sox won. Rubber bullets and tear gas were busted out by the po po. hahahahahha. I wish I had a digicam to show you guys
 
I lose bad at betting and gambling. which is why I play the lottery once in a while. But good luck. :)
 
Brian is an entreprenuer, apparently he's a bookie now, among a smut king ( HS porn anyone?) Video game creator (that was a big hit), an an auctioneer (hs auctions Is still a good idea IMO)

Well lets do it up! The only problem we are going to have is exchanging the money. How are we going to do that with paypal? :hmm:

How would we give you the money? Mail? Paypal? If paypal how do you do that? I still see this whole payment thing as a problem. I can see it already!! :D
 
I think it'd work out fine... Pay the 'bookie' through paypal, and recieve payouts through paypal. Obviously paypal is a requirement. :)

Oh, and Cubs in 6 :)
 
yeah, pretty much what darkhand said....

paypal fees will be deducted from the payouts, so that it doesn't cost me money to do it...

i dunno...

there really doesn't seem to be that big of an intrest
 
Baseball is almost over..lets set something up for next Sunday for football? Set up a pool with using the spread. That way it is easy and more challenging! Create a new forum or something. I don't know! Even if we just have a couple of bets in the beginning. Eventually more people will bet if they see that it works and it is true.

We will go by the spread on Thrusday or Wendsday so every one has to make and get thier bets verified by a certain date perhaps Friday or something!

Won't hurt to try!
