Well, that didn't work for shit.
I hacked everything apart, soldered it all up and hit power. Nuthin'. Cranked up the power on the regulator & something broke. Probably fried the R2D2's board &/or the mini amp. Either way it's not going to happen.
Moral of the story? Just because you did it in your head a million times doesn't mean it's not the 1st time you've actually done it. Slow down. Work one step at a time & test things as you go.
