Basic Oil Change??

    well my friend is getting hes integra type r motor install tomorrow, what type of oil should he use?? also put some 10w30 or the 5w20??i know its not a smart question but is something we dont know, thanx for the help

    most ppl i noe go wit 5w30..also kinda depends on where you live if it snows alot or if its sunny and hot.. but i would just go wit 5w30

    since it is a swap, it's most likely a used motor, so i'd go with 10w-30...brand wise i use Exxon...it's cheaper than castrol and is the exact same as mobil 1(non-synthetic)

    10w30 is good for just about any application.

    5w30 in the winter 10w30 in the summer.
