I have D15B vtec in my 90 hatch. The problem comes at about half to full throttle the battery light comes and stays on till i shift gears. I have a new battery and alternator.

Huh, Don't know how much this helps, but my dummy lights come on when I redline the hell out of my D16A6. One of them is the battery light, but when it comes on I'm too busy watching the road and shifting to see what else is lighting up.
It's my low-buck shift light. Yay!

i checked all connections and the belt is tight.
then its probly just like humble said, a dummy light. as long as the battery is charging then theres nothing to worry about. go to advanced auto and have them test the alternator to make sure its charging correctly.

yea. i had them do that on friday when i replaced the battery. oh well just thought i would ask i appreciate the replies.
