I'd give ya this advice. Choose one, and stick with that one. Keep it clean and make yourself reputable. Soon you're going to have to go out of your way to keep out of your own wake of being a man slut.
I don't know, maybe you should take it slow with one of the girls, and treat them right for a change and not a cum dumpster(not saying you do) and show them that yeah you had a man whorish past, but are a good guy that was just in "situations".

1-Ex= We care about each other, but at the moment it just doesn't work. Why stop having sex though, it's the one thing we always agreed on and were good at.
2-Blonde Grad Student= Been hooking up with her on and off (not while I was with the ex) since my Sophomore year but never finished the job. Hope to soon but she's busy as shit with student teaching and work. I haven't seen her in a week or two but we always talk online.

Take a sexual hiatus, purify yourself for as long as you can. Meditate on who you are and who you want to be. Try to figure out why you do the things you do (You're shallow, you have zero respect for women, etc.) Then find some motivation to change that will actually work for you (The inability to love and have it reciprocated would be motivation enough for me)
When you feel like you're ready for an actual relationship, find a girl with potential and actually date for a while and make sure there is an emotional investment on both sides before you have sex. In your case, it might take a LONG time dating before sex to make an emotional connection, but it will be worth it.
You'll never be able to change unless you REALLY want to. IMO college is not the place to work on these issues. It's like putting a speed-freak in a meth-lab and telling him to straighten his life out.
