I have a 1.6 vtec engine i just put in my car a 1994 honda civic dx hatchback. the belt broke on the bottom is their a air conditioner belt and is that the aircondition pump thats in the front right corner by the headlight. Is it still save to drive the car still?
 
That was probably the powersteering belt. The powersteering pump is up top and the ac compressor is below it. Yes it would be safe to drive but you wont have power steering untill you replace the belt.
