i broke my timing belt on my 91 accord and i bent the valves on one of the cylinders and i have a dead cylinder. The engine stalls on me while I'm idling or in neutral but if i give it some gas it keeps it going (sometimes) besides me melt the catalytic converter can i cause any more damage by driving it around to school and stuff.

yes. If you keep driving it don't plan on being able to fix it. You'll have to replace it.

wont know till you get it apart and see how bad the damage is. could have to just replace valves, or the whole head could be shot. also the piston could be fucked. gotta take it to a shop and pay.

ok well i go to automotive school so im going to probably take it apart and bring in the head and get the valves changed to see how it "works"
