I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX Automatic... Does anyone know what kind of Retard or Advancing I should set my Adjustable Cam Gears to so I can get the most Horsepower out of them?

All motors have different settings, even the same coded ones. You must take it to a dyno and to see what is the optimal setting for your ex. And no butt dynos.

if it's an EX automatic.. then you have A cam gear..
    i'd advance it one degree.
you wont notice a difference... the one degree just makes it seem that it was useful to you.
