Best Catback/header For Supercharging?

Whats the best performance cat-back for a Jackson Racing SC on a 2000 GS (b18b)?
Would a large pipe diameter be best or more of a mid-range power setup? And what headers would be most beneficial? 4-2-1 or 4-1?
