Hey guys im just wondering if the 0bd 0 89 teg 5 spd ecu really are the best ecu for the dohc swap,i got a ed7/ef hatch(whatever u wanna call it lol) n im thinkin bout puttin in a new ecu or do some sort of chippin cuz im gunna be boosting her soon!:D
 
If its a PG7 then yeah , well there better than the PM6's. but if your gonna boost then find a obd-o ecu that you can chip. And find a good tuner!

I agree , but the ECU that was meant to run that car is over in japan somewhere.
Unless you can track down the ecu that came with that motor the PG7 will work out just fine. DOHC ZC's were never sold here in the U.S. the closet thing would be the DOHC in the 87-89 integras that have the PG7 in them. I believe.
