Best ecu for lsvtec

    Sup peeps. Building lsvtec for first time and currious to what the best ecu is. I have gsr head b18a block. Right now I have b16 ecu with spoon chip

    p72 so you can operate the IAB on the gsr intake manifold, custom tuned on the dyno is better

    Awesome thanks. Def gonna have it tuned. Nothing better then a precision tuned machine

    That means you need a OBD1 ECU with not only a chip but a socket so you can hook up a line to a laptop computer. Most run of the mill chipped ECU's don't come with a socket so be specific when buying/ordering one.

    Tuned on a dyno will be best. Run an obd 1 ecu with a conversion harness if you are obd2.
