Planning to leave CT at 6:00 a.m. Saturday, which would put me at either Hudson River crossing at around 7:30.

I need to be in Englishtown before 9:00 a.m.

The way there: quick and easy.

The way back, costly and queezy. The GW is $6 to pass over northbound, free southbound. It's New Jersey's way of saying "Now leaving New Jersey... We'll get you next time"

You also have to drive through Elizabeth, which I'm pretty sure is where Howard Hughes got his eccentric fear of breathing.
