No the headlights changed, 96-98 are the same but 99-00 are different.

the obd0 has less vacuum ports and the obd1. I really dont know how much they are worth, how about $30?

head off a 96 1.6 had about 90k on it we took it out and put a ls in it sold the block it has the intake manny on it and the t/b and all sensors and cam and cam
