Bike + drop = pain

RMX 250: got a good wheelie going and hit a pot hole doing about 30 or so.. ate shit all over the road. Had full gear, didnt have boots so my shoe's took off and i got some rash on my feet and some how i got rash on my ass and back.

could be a lot worse though... at least you lived to talk about it.


make sure you check your helmet... it might need to be replaced.

IMO, 1 time down = throw it away.

If you were in real gear you wouldn't have road rash on your arm and ribs from a 30mph spill. Unless it was incredibly loose on you. What exactly were you wearing?
