Finally getting around to posting up pics of my bike. And might as well show off some gear while I'm at it!

2007 CBR 1000rr
HJC CL-15 Dragon helm
Joe Rocket Repsol jacket
Joe Rocket Superbike gloves
Joe Rocket Alter Ego Pants (dull gray stripes until you put light on them, damn!)
Joe Rocket Blaster Boots
Big bastard. (gear filler, rider)

Enjoy!

Yup, did a little tail trim already, tried to keep it stock looking. Signals all around are next. Looking for a very visible set though, I'm not digging the single led cheaptastical things I'm seeing around. And stomp grips for the tank. As shitty as they look on a black bike, its kinda hard to pull the tank over on hard cornering with textile pants on. Slippery!

Great pictures. All of you assholes with bikes are making me think about getting one my self.....

looks good! bike is teh

though i gotta say the blaster boots look like red flipflops over black socks in that pic to me :D

I was after a repsol. Ended up with a black/black. It'll be a repsol sooner or later, swapping plastics. I didn't like the orange rims and silver frame of the '07 models. So I'll have my very own fake repsol that makes me smile. This bike was sitting next to three repsol editions and I still bought it. $9700 out the door vs $11,900+tax+title+setup+more setup+ass raping+more ass raping for the repsol.

I don't know, really. The black is really really growing on me.

P.S. Speaking of ass raping, on the itemized bill for my harley, there was a cleaning fee. It costs $350 to have your brand spanking ass new harley detailed before they'll hand it to you. No, its not optional.

Yup, learned it the hard way. I will never again in my life own a harley. At the time it was either a sportster or a 600rr. Both were the same price, both appealed to me. Insurance on the harley was 75 a month, the 600rr was like 275 a month. Which was more than the payment for either bike. So I went with the harley.

But, its all good now, sold that piece of shit and bought a 1000rr. All grins from here out.

nice bike. I dig it.

But the gear lil too flashy for me..... Not a huge fan of joe rocket or HJC. But its personal taste.

Yeah, the flashy gear was to make up for the black/black bike. I purposely picked out stuff that would turn heads but still look decent. White/red/orange seemed to fit the bill. Very bright.

If the world were a safe place, I'd have just purchased the matching black/gray CBR jacket from honda and a black helm/gloves/boots/etc. I'd rock the all black look. But no, I have to dress like a fucking clown in hopes that granny can make out my outline before pulling out in front of me with her 1912 cadillac.

Still.. Its a long shot.

lets extend that swingarm, lower that bitch, spray it, put yourself a cheater sprocket on and you can be in the low 6's 1/8th mile that is lol

That's how I feel here. You have to wear an orange vest, or be prepared to weave in and out of traffic just to stay alive. People think bike riders drive like jackasses here, but it's the other way around.
