Step one sand car down to remove any shine from the paint. Do not sand below the primer. Try to leave some of the Honda paint on if you can for some protection.
Step two mask the shit out of the car.
Step three go to your local paint store and buy flat black spray paint.
    Step four paint the car

I will be doing a spray can job on my crx after I fix the rust.

i've herd that it's a good idea to mask the window molding/trip (whatever) and that misc. shit before you sand so you don't skuff it up.

    just a thought.

what do you think estimated time would be with 3 people doing this?
and exactly how far down do i sand? just take off the clear coat?
what grit paper should i use? and should i gradually get finer grit?
