Single layer nomex suit. Pyrotect, SFI 3.2a/1 rated. I purchased it new in May 2010.
I used it for one weekend, with nomex long underwear, then washed it by hand in cold water with no soap afterwards (those are the instructions for cleaning nomex garmets.)
Size is a Medium, so if you put on a medium t-shirt, and then another medium t-shirt on top of that, can move comfortably, you'll be fine. I've just bulked up a lot in the past 1 year, and can't fit into it comfortably with the nomex underwear anymore.
