ok one of my friends has a 99 SIr block fully rebuit and ready for turbo he wants to trade me for my 99 gsr block thats not ready for turbo do you think the b16 would be worth it

it depends...some people's definition of "ready for turbo" is different than others.

whats he done to the engine. let us know and we can provide you more info. Stock for Stock the GSR is a better engine.

the block is sleved and new pistons and piston rings the compression is 9:4

if youve got the stuff for the turbo, id say go for it. 400hp in an integra is nothing to shake a stick at......ask ccfab
