Ok, was putting LS/Vtec together and when all was done, I realised that I forgot the rubber O ring for the oil jet. The oil jet that i'm talking about is the jet between cylinders 2 and 3, between the block and the head. There is a rubber O ring that goes around the jet. My question is what would happen. I'm just thinking that nothing would happen because the original vtec motors run their vtec oil passage the same way, strait through the head gasket w/ no O ring. Anyone have any experiences? Major or minor oil leak? Just hope that I don't have to go in and install it.
