if you save the file as a gif and then use as the background still in the gif format it moves. i have it on my background and its moving

actually, every program I need is on my desktop and organized by category. It makes it super easy to run what I need. I know lots of people hate busy desktops, but wtf is the point of it if you arn't going to use it for something?
