Bogging and drop in rpms

i'm close to getting my car running where it needs to be. when the car is setting still just idling the rpms will drop and come back up but it dosent constantly go up and down (maybe 3 or 4 mins in between). and when i'm driving i can fell it kinda bog for a sec and then it goes. i have cleaned the iacv and looked for vacuum leaks

also i have just noticed that i will prolly get about 170 miles on this tank which is really low and normally i get bout 270 and thats getin on it every once in while.
