hey guys, i've been helping my friend with his D16Z. the problem starts when you slam on the gas, it chugs, bogs, and chokes, then it picks up nice slowly. i change the plugs, distributor, and it still does it, but only when you slam on the gas. if you step on the gas slowly, it's picking up fine. can it be bad fuel filter, injectors, anything that deals witht the fuel? anything helps.

Does it throw a check engine light at all?? If so its probably something with the 0xygen sensor!
