I was on eBay looking for some bolt on parts and happened to read the stated HP gains. I was wondering if you could realistically gain 25-40 HP from a catback exhaust, cai and header. I've heard that those numbers are kinda skewed. Anyone have an opinion or know if its true?

I was thinking the same thing. I knew turbo applications got more power out of bolt-ons. 1 other question, will a IHE from an f22 bolt on to a h22/23? Or are they different fitments?
