I have a set of those on my Integra. They have the rubber gaskets on them to seal up the valve stem hole. I'm not sure about different sized valve stem holes. I'm pretty sure they are all the same size no matter the rim. It'll save you a few bucks per wheel in valve stem charges when you go to get new tires because they don't dry-rot and don't need to be replaced.

    Edit:

    Google search:
There are two sizes for valve stems they are:
    8.3mm / 0.357"/~ 5.7/16This size fits specific Italian wheels.
11.3mm / 0.453"/~7.2/16" This size fits most every Japanese manufactured tubeless tire rim since early 1980's.

Where did you get your's? I'm not too particular on style, just want to make sure they fit. So if I get the same ones as you, that will relieve any doubt.

Just saw your edit. That info is good enough for me. Couldn't find anything when I searched. Thanks, rep.

Infiniti's TPMS system is valve stem mounted, but the stem isn't completely metal.
