ok my set up is a b16 ,ram header im using the internal waste gate the car doesnt boost we check 4 leaks and the outlet of the intercooler is cracked almost str8 around the outlet housing , when i get it weld 2morrowwill it b able to boost?, and i wanna kno if the blade isnt spinnin at idle but when u rev it it spins is that ok , and if i weld the intercooler housin and it still doesnt boost wat cud b the problem, o and the trubo is a garret t28 .....tnks
