Rear Engine Radiator lines/ Heater core? need help!

Ok Wasup guys. im new to the site and also new to honda's. I bought a 92 Hatch CX and I need to know what the small Holes in the rear of the motor for the antifreeze go to. they had no lines on them. I bought the car after the guy did a 16v swap cause he blew his other one. he didnt finish the whole swap. so i bought it not moving. so does anyone know where these lines go to there are 3 i believe.

Could be i hooked two of them together with one piece of hose this is how i found the third.
 
one is a loop that goes to the intake manifold next to port #4 the other 2 go to the heater core, one to the rear of the head above the transmission, the other goes by the thermostat housing gasket...
 
Thanks man that Helps alot seriously does...... now I jus need a shift linkage i bent the hell out of mine some how
