I need to start wearing a watch at work, along with more "business casual" oriented attire. My commission split doubles next month, and I will be the entire face of "my business".

Macys has some serious recession specials:

Kenneth cole brand, fully automatic, sniped for $110.

$110 bucks looks like a G+. score in my book.

    Open face mechanical watch pros:

    Looks sophisticated
    Looks expensive
    Intrigues nerds like myself
Reminds me that i do not have to replace the battery :)

Here is the real reason I jumped on this:

All other watches from the 34th st Macy's Manhattan flagship store in this price range were quartz/battery operation. I do not need a "name brand" watch of lessor form/function.

I had to buy a watch too, its just something I found at JC Pennies. Its a pocket watch. I hate wrist watches. I like wind-ups, but I was forced into a battery. I bought my dad a watch for christmas last year. It was a 1909 Elgin with a gold plated shell. Worked and kept time pretty well until Christmas Eve. Spring broke... still have to get it fixed.

If you ignore the wierdo on the right, here's my favourite watch:

I've got a couple rolexes, tag heuers, a movado, and various other watches. This one rocks, it's light, the band fits properly, and it looks awesome.

Good score on the Macy's watch btw. I just got a pair of deck shoes from there for $45 after a coupon a couple weeks ago. Their sales rock.
