Ok so i just rebuilt a 91 db1. it had sat for like 4 years and needed a lot replaced. i put S/D rotors and pads all around, and recently the brakes have been all messed up. the car hasnt actually been truly driven yet, it runs and stuff, but this is what's holding me back. I replaced the master cylinder, bled the lines several times, bench bled the new mc like 4 times, and everytime i try it just goes back to hitting the floor with absolutely no braking . it seems almost like the pressure is being relieved; the brakes had worked after about 5 pumps with the old mc, then it would hit the floor. and with this always comes a groaning sound. now i finally got it back to that point with the new mc, but it still goes to the floor and when its running its even worse. It has abs aswell. Neither brakes or ebrake work. Please help!!!!

Check the brake booster. With the car off pump the brake pedal. Do you get a pedal after a free pumps or does it just keep going to the floor

it begins to work after a few pumps, but i have to keep pumping it for it to continue to work, or it will eventually hit the floor and groan

Sounds like a booster or mc. When you bleed the brakes did you get all the air out?
