i was losing pedal on the brakes every so often
not complete loss of brakes but more pedal travel than should have been
usually indicitive of a brake master cylinder, so i bought a reman and swapped it out, but now i'm having trouble getting any real pressure anywhere further than the front drivers wheel
the other 3 wheels have very little pressure and the pedal is dropping to the floor when you attempt to pump it up or apply the brakes

has anyone ever seen a honda proportioning valve go bad?
i went to a local yard on monday and picked up both a prop valve and another master after i confirmed the car had decent pedal.
so which do i try first? my guess would be the master...
    opinions?

probably should have mentioned its a 1993 integra

the line seems to be good
we pulled the line off after we turned the motor off and it was retaining vacuum thanks to the check valve between the booster and the motor, it let out a small hissing sound, so i assume there's no leaks there
not sure if its suspossed to make that sound, but it did...
