I found a 1990 Civic hatch back DX model at a junk yard near me and wanted to know if i could easily swap the front calipers (and rotors) off that car into my 88 CRX HF. I'm pretty sure that an 88 CRX/CIVIC DX caliper would bolt right on (correct me if i'm wrong), but i heard that the brakes from 88-89 are different from the 90-91 brakes. Can anyone help me out?

They might fit. measure from the center of the holes on the saddle to each other, and see if the measurments are the same. The hubs are different sizes though, so they may not.

the best swap it if u switch the act 529bcu with your normal brakes they cost next to nothing.. if u put power stearing fluid in your brake fluid like 2 qt's it will stop faster wont squeek. thats how we do it in san carlos mexico..
ur friendly neighborhood niger

What the heck does that mean...and can anyone tell me if this is right?
