I just did a drum brake to disc brake conversion, using spindles from an Integra, on my 95 Civic hatch. The actual swap went off without a hitch, but now the pedal won't activate the brakes. I've tried bleeding the lines to remove all of the air that might have gotten into them, but now it's worse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since I'm running out of ideas.

    Thank you all,

What exactly is the problem? Is the pedal soft, hard, sinking to the floor? Not activating the brakes is a little too vague to determine anything.

Fixed the problem next day, so never mind. It was the brake booster. This will probably be the last time I buy reconditioned parts from that particular store.
