Buddyclub cams + ITR Springs???

Heading to work & don't have time to research but have an opportunity to trade my ITR cams + cash for buddyclub spec 3 plus cams & was wondering if it would be ok to run these with my new ITR valvesprings/retainers in my b16 head. Don't have time to research specs so if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Be back tonight to check...

I don't know the specs that you are looking for, but i wouldn't run anything other than upgraded valves/springs/retainers. look into the skunk2 stuff if you have the money. Yes, the ITR stuff is good, but i wouldn't trust them with such big cams.

id say no...i dont know what the spring rates are on the ITR springs, but i dont think its a good idea.
