building a turbo

ok well i just got a 1996 and up ls mototr with ls tranny and im looking to build a turbo kit on my own for it before i throw it in my ex coupe... what kind of turbo should i buy that would push past 15 psi and what all do i need for a basic turbo set up ive been looking around and reading alot but whats the differnce between internally westgate or non westagte and dry and liquid cooled? what all shoudl i do to the motor as well to build it up to be a daily driver with turbo so its reliable also
 
nearly every turbo on the market will push 15psi.

internal gate = gate on the turbo
external gate= gate on the manifold somewhere
no gate = your going to blow up.

dry = no water lines
liquid cooled = hooks into your radiator/cooling system

turbo + reliability = good tuning, and not skimping on fuel management parts.
