When I accelerate in my 95 honda civic, it feels ok at first but then there is a sudden loss of power and smoke comes pouring from the tailpipe. If I dont get on the gas hard, it settles back down and runs okay. Also when I checked my oil today, it is burning through about a quart every 100 miles. Any ideas on what the problem is?, only 85,000 on block but it has a 16 valve head swap from the original 8 valve. Any help is great, thanks.
