You must be kidding me.

Bush doesn't deserve Japanese beef ? Ok.. Then the Japanese don't deserve the chemicals and curing sent to them on the heels of our used rendering equipment. In other words, Without US methods and sharing Japanese beef wouldn't be the grade-D delicacy it is today.

Mentioning that Bush doesn't deserve to eat at the table of the Japanese is like saying I don't deserve to go for a ride in a Ford Escort. Thanks for the compliment :)

USDA is the cleanest beef in the world. People make mention of how US farms toss out so much meat - Because the USDA was nice enough to step in and say "NO" to meat that even comes close to being unhealthy.

But you never throw out beef in China, Japan, most of Europe, and all of southern Asia. Well, I hear India isn't big on beef.

i know im going to get beat on for this but i think bush is a idiot and i hope he chokes on that jdm beef. yes i am a dumb liberal californian.

yes he was pimp, literaly. but also i think he was a good president.

Don't let anyone call you stupid or ignorant or idiotic (I may have added that :D ) because of what you believe. Being american is about believing what you want - Voting for who you want and being who you are.

That should end any political fights before they begin.

It also appears that I own page 2. Thank you Jesus

1. Bush is doing a lousy job and doesn't deserve such a good meal.

2. He probably won't even appreciate the quality of that meal with his USDM tastebuds. He requested "meat" for his dinner, so exotic foods like sushi are scary to him. Anyways, it shows a closeminded attitude. He probably enjoys that bbq shredded overcooked beef in sauce that they specialize in over in Texas. Is he like his father in not liking broccoli?

3. He only offered hamburgers to the Japanese Prime Minister when he came over to visit.

4. I never mentioned any "cleanliness" factors regarding JDM vs USDM beef. I know that USDM beef has a reputation for being doused in growth hormones and antibiotics though. Please don't confuse the Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Indian cultures and cuisines. The Japanese are very "clean" about the way they treat their sushi fish. I would trust the way they would approach their beef and other foodstuffs. In mainland China and in India, the rural areas are lacking kitchens of our American standards. You won't find Sub-Zero refrigerators in any of their houses. I would say that in less modern or affluent cultures, meat is expensive and bought in small quantities on the day it needs to be consumed. Probably the larger animals are slaughtered nearby the butcher's shop. Live chickens are sold too, fish swim in tanks. I've seen this in even Boston's Chinatown. Otherwise meats are preserved by salt or smoked. In India, their food is always well cooked and heavily spiced.
