I considered such things myself. Not really against it; it just isnt in the order of priority at this moment. Looks like a lot of work. If I ever get deep into my suspension maybe I'll consider it. Some peeps at work swear by them though.
 
there are a few ways to do this. if you have access to a decent press, then the only real work you have to do is dissassembly/reassembly. if you are like me, and you don't have access to one, you blowtorch the rubber in the bushings, twist them out with a vise, and grind out the metal part with a die grinder or a sawzall. installation of the new bushing is self explanatory.
 
installed an energy suspension kit on my hatch it was a lot of work but i think it was worth it. the control arms were the only thing that gave me problems
