cable clutch in 1994 civic

    Im wondering if it is possible to put a cable tranny in my 1995 eg hatch, iv got an obd1 b16a , iv got an ls cable tranny just wondering if that would work.

    Nope. Pawn the cable tranny and pick up a hydro.

    a cable tranny will work. most b series trannies will hook up to b motors. hasport makes the cable/hydro conversion kit for that. i have that setup in my 93 hatch. some people wouldnt recommend it though as a hydro is much easier and reliable to deal with

    You can put a hydro tranny in a cable car with the conversion kit, there is no way to put a cable tranny in a hydro car.

    you sound positive about that. have you tried that swap before? because i did. so have quite a few other people. otherwise hasport wouldn't make a conversion for hydro cars to work with cable trans. it's been done.

    hasport makes kits for doing swaps both ways. anythings possible.

    y would any1 want to convert to cable when u can use hydro... except if u want to use an endless supply of typically affordable LS cable trannys..
